The week of June 10th bought 4 graduation ceremonies to OLP School!

Our National Junior Honor Society held 2 Dress Down Day's recently to raise money for the WIN organization!

On May 28th and 29th the OLP Gym was transformed into Science Fair Central as our Middle Schoolers displayed their amazing projects!

May 17th was our Annual Spring Concert, where we honored 40 years of Mr. Gomes in Catholic Education. A fun reception followed filled with many family, friends, alumni and former faculty!

Our 8th Grade class was thrilled to participate in the annual 8th Grade Graduation Mass at St. Patrick's Cathedral on May 23rd! Our Special Choir was invited to perform!

Our amazing National Junior Honor Society members led the planting of a garden on our roof!

Our 4th and 5th Graders have been working with the GVSHP to learn about our amazing neighborhood in Greenwich Village.

OLP students in Grades K-8 had a great time on the school-wide field trip to the Bronx Zoo while our PK students enjoyed a visit from Alley Pond Environmental Center!

Come celebrate Mr. Gomes’ 40th year of concert performances. Over spent 25 of those years have been spent with us at Our Lady of Pompeii!

Our Kindergarten and 1st Graders became Scientists on the 100th day of school! The River Project bought specimens from the Hudson River to examine! Our PK's celebrated the day in their pajamas!

Thanks to the NYPD & Officer Milton Camacho from the Community Affairs Bureau-Youth Strategies Division, for coming to give our Middle School a talk on Internet Safety & Bullying.

On Tuesday, March 5th, students at OLP got into their buddy classes and rotated around 4 stations in our building to celebrate the kickoff to Read Across America Week. Students curled up with a book inside tents & told scary stories around the campfire at our OLP Campgrounds, enjoyed some hot drinks at our OLP StarBOOKS cafe and visited other classrooms in the building to participate in other activities celebrating books & the love of reading!
